Luke Combs Vents About Frustrations with Morel Hunting in New Post

by Quentin Blount

Mushroom hunters can definitely relate to country music star Luke Combs’ latest post where he airs some frustration.

If there were any questions before about how Combs has been spending his free time at home in Tennessee during the COVID-19 pandemic, he answered those on Saturday afternoon. The “She’s Got the Best of Me” singer has been taking advantage of the nice spring weather by spending some time outside looking for mushrooms.

Luke Combs is known to be an avid outdoorsman and his most recent social media post shows that not only does he talk the talk, but he also walks the walks. Combs shared frustration on Saturday afternoon that every serious mushroom hunter can relate to.

“Don’t know if anyone morel hunts or not. Talk about frustrating…” the country star wrote on Twitter.

Despite airing some annoyance about not being able to find many morels over the weekend, Combs followed that up with a photo of the few he did find. His fans, however, took to the replies where they joked around about sharing his pain.

“Searching too long will have you seeing sh-t that ain’t there, 😂” one fan wrote back. Similarly, another follower commented saying, “I’m guessing it is about as difficult as trying to score pits tickets to one of your shows on Ticketmaster! 😂😂😂”

Luke Combs Headlining Colorado Country Music Festival

The COVID-19 pandemic has without a doubt turned us all on our heads. But day by day, things are starting to get back to normal. And for country music fans, we will enjoy a breath of fresh air when Colorado holds its annual country music festival.

Luke Combs is set to headline the music festival with fellow country superstars Carrie Underwood and Toby Keith. After the state didn’t hold the event last year, we are all excited to bust out our cowboy hats this summer for this one.

“We are so excited to have secured such an incredible lineup of premier artists for Country Jam this year,” festival producer Gil Cunningham told 9News. “It’s a true testament to the power of country music, and its artists and fans.”

The lineup will feature a huge lineup full of country star power. Other than Combs, Underwood, and Keith, other performers will include Tanya Tucker, Stehpanie Quayle, Lainey Wilson, Kip Moore, Craig Morgan, Drew Parker, Ashley McBryde, and more.
