Midland’s very own lead singer Mark Wystrach is officially a father of two. He and his wife, Ty Haney announced the arrival of their baby boy on Sunday, December 5.

He shared a post on social media welcoming his baby boy the next day.

“I present to you, our lil hombre… “Champie” born happy and healthy yesterday at precisely 5 o’clock! Thanks for all of your prayers and positive thoughts for Ty and our son… They’re doing great and I’m overwhelmed with joy! Btw, he was 8lbs 13 oz!”

Upon Champie’s arrival, Wystrach posted a few pictures of Haney in her pregnancy. For instance, he writes “Wow. @tyhaney has blown me away with how gracefully she has handled this pregnancy while building her new company and raising our bouncy lil girl all while I have been away much of the time on the road with @midland.” Ty Haney is the definition of a strong woman.

Mark Wystrach and Ty Haney welcomed their first child in November 2019. She came into the world with a week-long hospital stay, according to Haney. Unfortunately, there are no details on this, but they are happy and healthy after recovery.

Wystrach shared in October 2021 that they were expecting another baby.

Mark Wystrach and Ty Haney’s Love Story

Mark Wystrach and Ty Haney are one of country music’s cutest couples. They began dating in early April of 2018. Haney is the one that initiated the beginning of the story by direct messaging him with “Lets hang!” They went on their first date soon after at a pizza joint. From then on, Wystrach knew he was going to marry her.

It wasn’t long before they made things official for their friends and family to see. He proposed to Haney on May 28, 2019. His fans went wild after he shared this moment on Instagram.

This new beginning makes for an amazing love story, and they are both living happily ever after. That’s right, Outsiders fairytales really do exist.

More on Midland

Midland formed in 2016 in Dripping Springs, Texas. Mark Wystrach is the lead singer and guitarist, Jess Carson is a guitarist and vocals, and Cameron Duddy plays bass guitar and adds some vocals. They signed a record deal with Big Machine Records, and released two EP’s, their self-titled and The Last Resort.

One song has changed their life tremendously by making their dreams come true.

Country legend, Billy Joe Shaver is a huge influence for Midland. Shaver wrote Lonesome On’ry and Mean that changed their life for Waylon Jennings. It has a country funk to it. “It kind of makes you want to walk like a robot,” Jess Carson added.
