Miranda Lambert is still sharing behind the scenes moments from her most recent music video. In this clip, she’s giving an insight into the scene where we see the country music star galloping through an open field.
Lambert shares the video on TikTok. She starts out by introducing her fans to the massive Clydesdale. “His name is Gibson,” she says. Then the award-winning singer says that she was nervous to make the run on the paint. However, she trusted her equine friend and he did great.
Lambert captions the video with, “Gibson and I had a real bonding moment during the ‘Settling Down’ music video shoot.” Lambert’s untamed spirit matches that of a horse. This spirit strengthens the bond she has with her horse because she can relate to their wild spirit.
She and the massive paint are seen right at the opening of the “Settling Down” video. Lambert and Gibson are galloping magically through a field, as a white cape flows beautifully behind her. Some might says it’s what music video dreams are made of.
Lambert’s ranch gives her the freedom to roam when she’s not touring on the road. Additional behind the scenes moments show off her massive spread, complete with pond and boathouse. The barn for her trusty steed that joins a stable full of horses, can be seen at the end of the video.
Miranda Lambert the Equestrian
It’s no secret that Lambert loves animals. She has rabbits, dogs, cats, and of course, horses. Gibson is one of her show ponies. Lambert’s preferred discipline of choice is English.
The “Bluebird” singer shared her love for the show ring on social media. She’s grinning from ear to ear in the photos, alongside Gibson.
In an interview with “The Horse Channel,” Lambert explains her love for the majestic beings.
“When I’m riding, it clears my head and I’m able to write better music. I love being outside. It’s always good to get away from the computer and cell phone and just enjoy being with my horses,” she says.
