Tanya Tucker, Other Celebrities Weigh on Their Picks for Super Bowl LV

Later today (Sunday, Feb. 7) Tom Brady will lead his Tampa Bay Buccaneers against quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LV. As with every Super Bowl, there are a ton of storylines.

Brady is going for his seventh Super Bowl crown. He won the previous six with the New England Patriots. Mahomes, by far the younger of the two quarterbacks playing in the game, is the youngest ever to appear in back-to-back Super Bowls. He led the Kansas City Chiefs to victory last year.

This is the first time in 18 years that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have appeared in the Super Bowl. They won the game in 2003.

In addition to Tanya Tucker, other celebrities have shared their thoughts on who should – and will – win Super Bowl LV. Football legend and commentator Terry Bradshaw has said he is supporting Patrick Mahomes in the game.

“The young GOAT or the old GOAT? I’m gonna go with the young GOAT,” Bradshaw told Hollywood Life. “Being happily married, it’s important for me to pull for my wife’s guy. And her guy is the young GOAT – Patrick Mahomes. In fact, we’re in the horse business. And we named one of our really great babies Mahomes.”

Even O.J. Simpson has shared his opinion on Super Bowl LV.

“Hey, Twitter world! It’s me, yours truly. Happy Super Bowl Sunday to all you guys. I think it’s pretty apparent who I’m cheering for, Kansas City,” Simpson posted on Twitter. “You know, I’m an old AFC guy, played nine years in Buffalo, so I always cheer for the AFC unless the 49ers are playing. A lot of individuals I’ve always cheered for, Brady, because he’s from the Bay area.”
