Season 2 features 14 cowboys from all across the country compete against one another in the heart of Texas. These contestants are out to prove that their the best at roping, riding, and take care of business. Not only will these tasks feature physical, but also mental challenges.
These cowboys are laying it all on the line for a grand prize package. It includes a herd of cattle they can take to market worth $50,000, a Rawhide Portable Corral, an Arrowquip Q-Catch 87 Series Cattle Chute, the coveted “Ultimate Cowboy Showdown” belt-buckle, and a “lifetime of bragging rights.”
“When it comes down to the cowboy way, nothing’s given to ya. You have to earn it,” Adkins says. These 14 contestants will have to show grit and determination before they enter the “arena” of elimination each week. One cowboy will have to “hit the trail” if they don’t meet these standards.
“It going to be a wild ride,” Trace Adkins proclaims. So buckle up, cinch down your cowboy hat, and get ready to be taken along this journey of the “Ultimate Cowboy Showdown.”
Trace Adkins Announces Second Season of ‘Ultimate Cowboy Showdown’
In October of last year, Trace Adkins announced that his show, “Ultimate Cowboy Showdown,” would be coming back for a second season.
The country singer and TV show host posted a teaser video on his Instagram for the show. “Who’s ready for another round of head-to-head cowboyin’?” the caption starts.
Fans of the singers and the show took to the comments to express their excitement.
“Going to be awesome,” another fan replied to Adkins. “Oh heck yeah!! I enjoyed watching the last episode,” someone else wrote.
“Can’t wait! Love this show but can’t we move the date back? February is TOO long to wait,” one fan posted.
Well, this fan won’t have to wait much longer. As a matter of fact, season 1 of “Ultimate Cowboy Showdown” is currently streaming on Amazon Prime.
