Through Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani’s five-year-long relationship, fans have been fully invested. The couple has officially taken the next step and bought a $13.2 million mansion in Encino, California together.
Although the two have been quarantining at Shelton’s Oklahoma Ranch, they have signed up for season 19 as coaches for The Voice, so it’s back to California. The home is just a quick 20-minute drive from Universal Studios, where The Voice is filmed.
Naturally, the couple bought a massive three-floor mansion that boasts a four-car garage, a home theater, a pool with a spa and wet bar, as well as an outdoor kitchen. The house has plenty to do to keep Stefani’s three sons that she shares joint custody with entertained.
The house is over 11,500 square feet and sits on a 1.6-acre lot. It is also equipped with a gate to make the house not visible from the street.
Shelton and Stefani’s house has plenty of natural light coming from the floor to ceiling windows along with an open concept floor plan.
Shelton and Stefani on the Rocks?
But has the move been too much for the power couple? Rumors swirled that the couple took a break due to the stresses of moving. A source said that they were feeling “suffocated and stressed” and “they’re both stretched to the limit.”
“Friends say this move has turned into a nightmare,” the source said. “This is the toughest period they’ve had so far without a doubt.”
The source did however, say that the couple “know how to compromise.” In the past, they have been able to “work through any tension and look at the bigger picture.”
Stefani also clapped back at the trolls, saying that her time with Shelton on the Oklahoma Ranch for the pandemic has been “magical”.
Previously, Stefani lived with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale in another spacious Los Angeles home.
