Carrie Underwood’s husband Mike Fisher enjoys a good prank. And he pulled one on the country star recently while she and a friend were going for a walk.
As Underwood and her friend were walking by the side of the road, Fischer slowly pulled up behind them in his car. Then he laid on the horn all of a sudden.
Both women jumped and spun around. Underwood can be seen screaming something unintelligible at Fisher.

Carrie Underwood’s Las Vegas Residency Is Later This Year
Earlier this month, Underwood announced six shows at the Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas for December. Her residency is called “Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency.” And it runs from Dec. 1-11.
What’s more, Underwood has just added six more shows in 2022 on March 23, 25, 26 and 30 and April 1 and 2, for a grand total of twelve shows in Las Vegas.
“[The residency is] called ‘Reflection’ because I’ve been blessed to be a part of an incredible musical journey and lots of incredible moments onstage and we kind of just want to bring all the best of the best to Vegas and have some fun,” Underwood told the “Today” show recently.
Luke Bryan, Celine Dion and Katy Perry will reportedly also be using the same theater for their upcoming residencies.
Underwood Hints at Possible New Music
On the “Today” show, Underwood offered an interesting response to a question about what she’s working on. She hinted that more music may be in the works sometime in the not-too-distant future.
“Well, I’m always working on something,” Underwood said. “That’s who I am, you can’t take the country out of this girl and I also feel like the whole residency is a part of that journey and getting to be on stage doing all of the hits, all of the favorites people want to sing along to.”
Underwood became the youngest member of the Grand Ole Opry in 2008 at age 26, per Biography.com. She has released 27 No. 1 singles and sold over 65 million records worldwide. She has also already released a Greatest Hits album, a Christmas album and a Gospel album.
“Hymns and gospel music shaped me as an artist,” Underwood said in a statement on her website. “They are the foundation of my career. This music isn’t about being on stage in front of a crowd; it’s about singing for the love of God.”
