The Zac Brown Band will be performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Nov. 19 to shake up the stage with a little bit of country soul.

The Zac Brown Band live on Jimmy Kimmel

The band posted to Instagram stating “Watch us on @JimmyKimmelLive – 11/19 on ABC! #KIMMEL“.

Fans are responding with sheer joy over the multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning, southern rock group taking over Jimmy Kimmel’s New York studio.

One Instagram response says, “My favorite band. Keep on keeping on Zac. Next year will be amazing…”

While another followed with, “New release?”

Zac Brown Band new release?

People are wondering what the Zac Brown Band will be performing. Will it be new content that hasn’t previously been released, or will the band be surprising everyone with brand new music?

Along with the rest of the music industry, touring and live performances were canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The band began selling 2020 tour shirts with a profanity-laced message over COVID-19.

A virtual year for the band

The last songs released by the band were in June and entitled “You and Islands” and “The Man Who Loves You the Most”. However, since then it’s been mostly quiet besides involvement with a Camping World virtual concert around a campfire, playing their best-known hits, including “Homegrown”.

Fans were happy to hear the band perform live music again, albeit virtual.

One Twitter user said “Can’t wait until we get to see you in person again! Great show!”

The band posted to Youtube on Veterans Day with a special tribute to those who’ve served our country.

Finally Taking the Stage

The Jimmy Kimmel Live! performance will be one of the first where the band will be taking to a stage again since the pandemic began. Fans are hopeful to hear new music.

The Zac Brown Band performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! will take place Friday, Nov. 13 beginning at 11:35/10:35 CT on ABC.
