“NCIS” fans remember Pauley Perrette as the quirky forensic scientist Abby Sciuto. She played the character for 15 years and was a favorite on the show. Recently, she has moved on to different projects like the 2020 CBS comedy series “Broke.”

But that’s not all she’s been doing with her time. Apparently, she has a soft spot for the classic game show “Family Feud” and its 11-year host Steve Harvey.

Relatable. We all have that one game show we’ve seen so often that we could win it easily, or so we like to think. We’ve imagined what our strategies would be and how we’d celebrate when things inevitably go our way.

Former “NCIS” star Pauley Perrette has been there and beyond. She’s putting together entire “Family Feud” rosters in her head. She said as much in a recent post she made on Twitter.

“I obsessively watch @FamilyFeud with @IAmSteveHarvey and am always building my fake @FamilyFeudABC team BUT… why has there NEVER been a #WheelChair contestant? Because y’all KNOW I am bringing @PapaWheelzCurry Am I wrong? Anyone ever remember a #wheelchair on #FamilyFeud ?” the former “NCIS” star wrote.

It’s more than a hobby for the former “NCIS” star. It’s an obsession. Perrette has even chosen her first teammate already. It’s her friend Chris. And she brings up a fair point. For all we know, Chris, who is a wheelchair user, could be the greatest “Family Feud” contestant of all time. But does the show have wheelchair accessibility?

The ‘NCIS’ Star’s Dream Team is Possible if ‘Big Sexy’ Has Anything to Say About It

There has been at least one wheelchair contestant on “Family Feud” before. And that’s not taking anything away from the former “NCIS” star’s call for more wheelchairs on the show. In fact, if every contestant had anywhere close to the charisma of 2012 contestant Patrick, it would be the most-watched show on television. He was a force to be reckoned with.

It’s not an exaggeration to say Patrick could easily land a job in broadcasting. He has a booming voice and confidence to which most people can only aspire. In fact, Steve Harvey made it clear that “Family Feud” was not looking for a replacement host. Just in case Patrick got any ideas.

“First of all, let’s clean this up right here. The ‘Family Feud’ game show host job ain’t available,” Harvey told Patrick.

How did Patrick respond? Only in the most legendary fashion imaginable.

“Well, I’ve been watching you do ‘Family Feud.’ You do a great job like I said. But I’ve noticed that you refer to a lot of guys as ‘the big sexy.’ Lemme tell ya something, you’re looking at the true big sexy right now, in the flesh.”

Patrick Henry Hughes cemented himself in game show history that day. Oh, did we mention that he’s a college graduate, multi-instrument musician, and motivational speaker?

All of this is to say that former Pauley Perrette and her friend Chris could probably compete together on “Family Feud.” Although, her 354 episodes of “NCIS” have easily made her too famous for the regular version of the show.
