‘NCIS: Hawai’i’ Star Vanessa Lachey’s Husband Nick Pokes Fun of His Signature Move in New Clip

‘NCIS: Hawai’i’ star Vanessa Lachey took a moment to poke fun at her husband Nick’s signature dance moves recently.

On Friday night, Nick Lachey posted a dance move pose on TikTok. He had his mouth and palms open with a surprised look.

“All these years in front of a camera, and somehow this is still my only move……” Lachey, 47, captioned the silly video. The video featured other pictures from his boy band days with 98 Degrees.

One photo showed the same move, and his wife, Vanessa, chimed in on the video comments.

“Hands for dayzzzz 😏,” she commented.

‘NCIS: Hawai’i’ Star Busy With Show, Book

Meanwhile, Vanessa Lachey, 40, has been hard at work on her show. On Friday, the Daily Express reported that her spinoff show, ‘NCIS Hawai’i‘, would premiere on Sept. 10 on CBS.

According to CBR.com, Vanessa Lachey’s show is the first of the series to spin-off after the New Orleans series. She will be the first female lead in an NCIS series, breaking the mold set by Mark Harmon (NCIS), Chris O’Donnell and LL Cool J (NCIS: LA) and Scott Bakula (NCIS: New Orleans).

As Special Agent in Charge, Jane Tennant will lead the team Pearl Harbor-based Hawaii team in military personnel and national security investigation.

Before the show’s release, Vanessa Lachey put together her memories in a newly-released book.

She also released her first book, Life From Scratch, in July. People.com said the book was a concept she had been working on for ten years and that it “celebrates families that color outside the lines.”

“The concept originally was just about how I’ve kind of stumbled along in life,” Vanessa Lachey said. “(I was) making mistakes and learning the hard way about everything from cooking and dating to what not to wear to a wedding.

Also, the book also shares an incident where she once wore white to her friend’s wedding because she didn’t know any better.

The couple is raising their children Camden (8), Brooklyn (6), and Phoenix (4). Lachey related her stepmother apologized for not being a dedicated parental figure when she was young. She told People.com that it wasn’t until she created a family of her own that she reconciled with her stepmother.

Husband Lachey at Work on Comeback?

As for Nick Lachey, the former frontman could be planning a band reunion at some point. The four-person act of Lachey, Jeff Timmons, Justin Jeffre, and Drew Lachey released “Where Do You Wanna Go” a few weeks ago. The group reunited during the pandemic and recorded several songs during it.

Nick Lachey was also proud of his recent TV work. He also recently won Fox’s The Masked Singer.

“We watched the premiere episode together, and I was holding Brooklyn, and I think I got two or three notes out of my mouth, and she pointed to me, she goes, ‘Daddy,’ ” Lachey told PEOPLE about the show. “They recognized my voice immediately.”
