‘NCIS: Los Angeles’: Behind-the-Scenes Pics of Kensi and Deeks Prove the On-Screen Couple Are Goals

by John Jamison

Since Season 6 of NCIS: Los Angeles, the relationship between Daniela Ruah and Eric Christian Olsen’s characters has been adored by countless fans. Now in the middle of Season 13, Deeks and Kensi are married, and the actors are having more fun than ever. The CBS Twitter account shared a collection of on-set photos that demonstrate their relationship perfectly.

Spending more than 10 years working side by side will make close friends out of anyone, family even. But would you believe us if we told you that the two are actually family? That’s right. Eric Christian Olsen and Daniela Ruah play husband and wife on NCIS: Los Angeles, but in reality, Olsen’s brother David is married to the Kensi Blye actor.

Needless to say, the familial connection has made the in-laws more than comfortable with one another. See for yourself below.

The NCIS: Los Angeles Stars are posing. They’re dancing. They’re pretending to beat each other up. It doesn’t get much more precious than that. This is precisely the type of content Densi fans live for, and they let the intern running the CBS Twitter account know.

Others were so overwhelmed by the cuteness that they barely had words.

What Does the Future Hold for Deeks and Kensi?

Adorable as Kensi and Deeks are on NCIS: Los Angeles, they are dealing with some pretty heavy relationship stuff. They’ve been considering the prospect of raising a family together. But the dangerous nature of their jobs as NCIS investigators makes that scary, to say the least.

What if one of them dies? Worse yet, what if their children get caught up in their jobs? The most recent episode may have tilted the scales away from having kids. The pair are faced with the death of a CIA operative, bringing home how dangerous their professions really are.

‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Star Gerald McRaney Doesn’t Know Why He’s Always Cast in Military Roles

So Kensi Blye and Marty Deeks are a perfect fit for each other, whether it’s on-screen as husband and wife or off it as friends and family members. That much is plain to see. Admiral Kilbride actor Gerald McRaney, though, has no clue why he’s such a good fit for military roles

He talked about the mystery of his consistent military casting with New York Live earlier in November.

“I have no idea, really; I was never in the military. But I do have a lot of friends and family who were military or are military. And I think maybe some of that rubbed off on me. I know how to stand at attention, that’s about it,” said McRaney.
