NCIS: Los Angeles just posted a pic on Instagram representing canceling those weekend plans to stay in and watch TV. The series will air its thirteenth season this fall, but for now, fans get little Instagram snippets.

“Live look at us canceling weekend plans to stay in and binge TV. Drop a [heart emoji] if you can relate!” the caption reads.

Attached is a photo of Daniela Ruah as Special agent Kensi Blye. The actress is still very much on the show, and her character will likely face a lot of uphill battles next season both personally and at her job.

And while fans will have to wait until fall until NCIS: Los Angeles is officially released, they won’t have to wait long for production updates. The NCIS: Los Angeles production office is officially open for season 13. This is a switch up from last year when they had to film in September due to the pandemic.

The Whole Cast of ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Feels Very Grateful

While some may get caught up in their fame and success, the cast of NCIS: Los Angeles tries to be grateful for each moment. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight – Canada, Deeks actor Eric Christian Olsen talked about gratitude.

“You know, it’s very seldom that a script becomes a pilot. And it’s rare for a pilot to get picked up by a network and make it past the first season, and it’s impossible to get past the second season So, to be on Season 12 is amazing,” he said. Now, heading into season 13 after a renewal from CBS earlier this year, it must be even more of a treat.

“We really do know how lucky we are,” Olsen said of the cast. “We’ve all had highs and lows in our careers. And, we know this is lightning in a bottle. There’s a chemistry there. And, there’s something there; there is no science to it. Every once in a while, you get locked-in like this and you produce a show like what we did and it feels great.”

NCIS: Los Angeles recently had a touching and heartfelt season finale different from most of its previous ones. Producers wanted to give fans a break from the doom and gloom after experiencing such a tragic year in the real world. The show did, however, have to say goodbye to long-time cast members Barret Foa and Renee Felice Smith.

What’s next for the characters is hard to say, but whatever production is planning for NCIS: Los Angeles season 13 will hopefully satisfy fans once more. NCIS: Los Angeles will air as one of the three series in the NCIS franchise, with NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i airing on Monday nights.
