NCIS: Los Angeles star Eric Christian Olsen just shared an adorable photo of his baby daughter, Winter. The actor plays Deeks on NCIS: Los Angeles, and it seems like when he’s not on set, he’s spending time with his kids. Winter is the youngest of three.
“When you’re waiting in line at the club and the bouncer tells you there’s a dress code but you’re wearing a knitted beanie and sweatshirt with a polar bear on it,” Olsen wrote in the caption. Head here to view the photo.
Olsen has his three kids with his wife, Sarah Wright, who he married in 2012. He also has family ties when he works on NCIS: Los Angeles. His brother David Olsen worked as a stuntman on the show. There, David met Kensi actress Daniela Ruah and the two got married. Now, Olsen’s on-screen wife is his real-life sister-in law.
But on the show, things couldn’t be more different for Deeks.
Eric Christian Olsen’s ‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Character is Trying to Start his Own Family
Season 12 of NCIS: Los Angeles saw Kensi and Deeks try to have a baby, but they remained unsuccessful. Season 13 is going to take another look at the two trying to grow their family. But they may try an alternate avenue like adoption. Of course, it’ll be tricky for the two of them to raise a kid together. They both have very high-demand, dangerous jobs and even though Deeks is on a new path in his career, it won’t be easy.
Others are worried about their plans to grow a family being put on hold now that killer David Kessler has been released by presidential pardon. Kessler is obsessed with Kensi and definitely seems to be coming for her. Fans shouldn’t be surprised to see Kessler come up in season 13.
Season 13 Will See The Return of a Major Cast Member
There will be plenty to do for the other characters in season 13 as well. Hetty actress Linda Hunt is set to make a return this year after being mostly absent in season 12. Season 13 will likely explore where exactly Hetty went and what she was up to during her year away.
The season will also try and uncover more of what Hetty knows about Callen’s past. Hetty’s also going to be at odds with Admiral Kilbride at multiple points this season. He’ll be on NCIS: Los Angeles more than ever as Kilbride actor Gerald McRaney has been promoted to a series regular.
And of course, amongst all this personal drama, there’s still plenty of cases to be solved. With a great returning cast and tons of cases to be solved, season 13 of NCIS: Los Angeles season 13 is looking awesome. You can catch the season 13 premiere on Sunday, October 10th.
