‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Season 12 is Now Streaming in Its Entirety: How to Watch

by Anna Dunn

Good news for NCIS: Los Angeles fans bored during the hiatus: season 12 is now available for streaming! Now, you’ll be able to re-watch the whole show in its entirety. Here’s how:

You can catch the entire season on Paramount + or the CBS app. The Twitter account for the show posted a preview of the season, which shows off some of its best spoiler-free moments including when Sam Hannah punches a man in a lizard costume.

The account also asked fans to tell them what episode of NCIS: Los Angeles they were running to watch first.

“Is it okay if I say all of them?” one fan wrote. “I am obsessed with this show and am not ashamed to admit it.”

Another fan got more specific saying, “My favorite from S12 is Russia, Russia, Russia.”

One person really just wanted to comment on the lizard punch. “That lizard incident was pricelessly funny! I’d love to know how many takes it took to get it “right!”

Season 12 Was Shot During the Pandemic

Season 12 of NCIS: Los Angeles brought forth a ton of interesting plot points, many of which haven’t been resolved. For instance, Kensi and Deeks wanted to start a family but struggled to conceive. Fans speculate that the couple may eye adoption in season 13.

Season 12 also said goodbye to Nell and Eric in a sweet finale. Actors Reneé Felice Smith and Barrett Foa left the show, with their characters deciding to pursue their professional dreams in Tokyo. The finale could have had a very different conclusion, however, if it weren’t for COVID-19.

Apparently, the season 12 finale was supposed to be much darker. Fans may have noticed how uplifting and relatively tragedy-free the finale was this year, but that wasn’t always the case. However, the production team felt that fans had been enough real-life tragedy in 2020, and wanted to end the season on a high note.

There’s no promise that things will be so rosy in season 13.

‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ Season 13 Is In Production

NCIS: Los Angeles has a good season 12 considering the difficult circumstances. Each show last year had to operate differently due to COVID-19. But season 13 is being shot on schedule with fewer restrictions. This means that it’ll air on time and that Hetty actress Linda Hunt, who wasn’t able to be on last year because of the virus, will return.

Eric Christian Olsen, who plays Deeks, recently showed fans a look behind the scenes. He showed off both his trailer and the clothes the wardrobe department was picking out for his character. It’s clear that Olsen and the rest of the people who work on the show are thrilled to be back.

The new season is already filming, with episode one completed. The show comes back on October 10th, 2021 on CBS. For now, you can check out season 12.
