Renée Felice Smith may be known for her time “NCIS,” but she might be recognized for being silly after her latest post.
On Sunday, the veteran actress posted a hilarious snap that gives her followers a behind-the-scenes look into her preferred footwear. In the picture, Smith has her feet on the dash, giving followers a look at her shoes for the day. Even though Smith is in her 30s, she proved she’s never too old for a bit of fun. In the post, she showed fans a picture of her rainbow crocs.
In the accompanying caption, she playfully wrote, “Is my inner child showing? hope so,” pairing it with fun emojis. Additionally, she rocked the multi-colored crocs with funky socks and bedazzled buttons that clip onto the shoes. As her followers can see, she’s got a wide variety of charms such as a slice of pizza, a taco, and even a charcuterie board.
Now that she’s no longer starring in “NCIS: Los Angeles,” fans can’t help but speculate as to whether or not they’ll see her again on “NCIS.” During the season 12 finale, viewers said goodbye to her character, leaving little to know about what her future holds.
Renée Felice Smith on Her Future With ‘NCIS’
“The door always remains open for Nell at NCIS, but it may be time for her to be pushed out of the nest a bit and see where this new opportunity takes her,” Renée Felice Smith told TV Insider.
She continued: “We’ll just have to wait and see with this new chapter. Nell is like a lot of us. She’s a smart girl, and she chose stability for a good long time because it was the smart choice. It was the safe choice. Although she will always be committed to her team, which has essentially become her family, I think she needs to put herself first when it comes to this sort of decision and I commend her for [it].”
As for what her new chapter might hold, some fans wonder if Smith has a place on “NCIS: Hawai’i’.”Fans will just have to wait and see if the actress makes an appearance on the new “NCIS” spin-off series. Production for “NCIS: Hawai’i” is currently underway in the Aloha state.
Even though her role in the upcoming series hasn’t been announced, Smith says she wants to continue as a producer. “Ultimately, I do want to create my own work,” said Smith. “If I get another job, I’ll do much of the same I did on NCIS LA and continue to pursue my own creative endeavors outside of whatever job it is.”
