Actress Priscilla Presley took to social media on Thursday evening to give a shout-out to her son on his thoughtful Mother’s Day presents.
Priscilla Presley, of course, is the ex-wife of legendary rock star Elvis Presley. Despite being 75 years old, she makes it a point to stay in touch with her fans still to this day. And that is exactly what she did on Thursday evening. Presley shared a photo to her official Instagram account of the gifts that her son, Navarone Garibaldi, got her for the occasion. Take a look for yourself at the beautiful canvas he made.
“A beautiful mothers Day gift from @nava_rone,” Presley captions her most recent photo. “A canvas of a photo he took of one of his full-bloomed poppy flowers. He has quite a garden filled with fruit, vegetables, and flowers. I hope he does more of these. He’s developing quite an eye!”
For the fans out there who might not know, Navarone Garibaldi was born to Priscilla Presley and Marco Garibaldi on March 1, 1987. The 34-year-old is also the half-brother of Lisa Maria Presley and he is the frontman of the band called “Them Guns.”
Priscilla Presley Celebrated Her Mom’s 95th Birthday in March and Her Daughter’s 53rd in February
Sticking with the theme of family, it was not all that long ago that Priscilla Presley wished her mother a happy 95th birthday. Presley posted an update to Instagram in a post that is adorable and hilarious all at the same time.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our beautiful Mom, Priscilla Presley wrote alongside a photo of her mother. “Ninety five today! She can’t believe it! I asked her, ‘Mom, how old are you?’ She said, ‘I don’t know, 50? Mom, you’re 95! She said, ‘WHAT!! Oh boy, I’m old!'”
It seems like all of the birthdays in the family tend to run together. Because just a month before wishing her mom a happy 95th, Presley was celebrating with her daughter, Lisa Marie Presley. She is the only child that Elvis and Priscilla had together before they divorced. In fact, Priscilla was the only marriage that the King ever had. The two were married from 1967 until 1973.
“Happy Birthday Yisa! Mom ❤️” Presley captioned her post at the time.
