The ratings are in for last night’s slate of entertainment. Shark Tank was able to keep their ratings steady despite the World Series. However, Game 3 between the Astros and Braves proved to be the top show around, pulling in 9.4 million viewers.

Over on ABC, Shark Tank had a good night in the ratings. It wasn’t anything outstanding, but it didn’t drop in viewers. As far as non-sports demo goes, they were right there with 20/20 leading the way for the night. 3.6 million viewers turned into the show and it came away with a rating of 0.5. The show was able to rely on its usual viewers to carry their ratings.

As mentioned before, the World Series led the way. The first game of the series in Atlanta brought in a ton of eyes. Almost 10 million people tuned in and the demo rating of 1.9 was far and away the best of the night. The results landed in between those of the first two games of the series.

Also on ABC with Shark Tank, 20/20 had over 3 million viewers. The show finished the night with 3.1 million viewers along with a demo rating of 0.5, tied with the entrepreneurial game show. On the other networks, shows trailed behind. NBC had Home Sweet Home drop in views but stay level as far as the demo is concerned. Their numbers were 1.3 million and 0.2 respectively.

Meanwhile, on The CW, Scooby-Doo Where Are You Now! was unable to bring in a ton of attention. The show finished with 500k and a rating of 0.1 which was worse than Penn & Teller last week. However, Nancy Drew brought in the smallest crowd with 360k and a 0.1 rating. All things considered, Shark Tank performed very well.

‘Shark Tank’ Star Jokes with ‘The View’ Host Whoopi Goldberg

On The View, one Shark Tank investor got into some trouble after a joke she made. It was at the expense of Whoopi Goldberg. Barbara Corcoran and Emma Grede were on the show promoting Grede’s Good American denim brand. While they were talking, things got a little awkward when Corcoran quipped a little joke.

While Grede was on the show, the CEO was telling the hosts that her jeans fit all kinds of sizes. At least that’s the mission of the company. Goldberg made a joke about having to try them. “Will they fit this COVID [butt]?” She asked. That’s when Corcoran made a bit of an inappropriate joke.

“When you get finished with those jeans and decide you don’t like them, give them to me. I’m gonna make two pairs,” the Shark Tank judge said. While it was meant to come off as a joke, fans and even fellow hosts on The View were not happy. However, apologies were made and all is well between Corcoran and Goldberg.
