Well, all know our beloved rebel cowboy and heartthrob for Beth, but did you recognize Cole Hauser in the 2006 comedy ‘The Break-Up’?

Don’t feel bad. We didn’t recognize him either.

The Break-Up vs Yellowstone

Cole Hauser stars in ‘The Break-Up’ alongside Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn. Hauser plays the role of Lupus Grobowski, brother to the heartbroken Gary (Vaughn).

Lupus is the absolute opposite of Rip Wheeler, however. Lupus is a vulgar and creepy character that is trying to get his brother back in the sack with someone new after a messy breakup with Aniston

On the other hand, Rip is a rugged, burly, manly cowboy that will take out anyone who hurts those he loves, which pretty much just includes the Dutton family.

His relationship with Beth also makes us swoon. Pardon the language in this clip, but it’s our favorite of the couple, with the hostage scene coming in a close second.

We obviously like the cowboy version more. Come on. The man wanted to slow dance to Tyler Childers. How can you not love him?

We will be glued to our TV’s in June of 2021 when season four of Yellowstone airs.

Cole Hauser Movies

Cole Hauser has popped up in other movies and shows as well, and you probably didn’t even notice him without his hat and beard. These movies include School Ties, Dazed and Confused, Good Will Hunting, Pitch Black, Tigerland, Hart’s War, Tears of the Sun, 2 Fast 2 Furious, The Cave, The Break-Up, A Good Day to Die Hard, Olympus Has Fallen, and Transcendence to just name a few.

In addition, Hauser has also played as the police officer in High Incident and the drama Rogue. He is currently filming Panama and just finished up the inspiring wrestling movie, The Last Champion.

In short, the man is no amateur in front of the camera.

We have our new movie list for our next day off!
