Talk about an upgrade from the bunkhouse! Yellowstone’s Cole Hauser is selling his massive $4.5 million ranch in Southern California.
The beautiful mansion has over 5,400 square feet and features five bedrooms and six bathrooms. But that isn’t anything.
Hauser’s home also has a one-bedroom and bath guest house that has a kitchen and fireplace, a separate studio apartment with a 2-car garage and office space, a renovated pool with a water slide and hot tub, and two equestrian areas. A real cowboy’s dream.
The ranch has plenty of privacy, being located behind a double-gated entry in a private neighborhood. It also sits on three private acres and rests next door to the Santa Monica National Park, which has thousands of protected acres.
And don’t even worry about your carbon footprint. The home is equipped with a solar power system.
The main house, built in 2003, is placed on the highest point on the property, giving the owner gorgeous unobstructed panoramic views of the Santa Monica mountains and Cornell Valley.
The interior of the house is just as beautiful as the exterior. The ranch is cozy, yet rustic with arched doorways, wood-beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces, and hardwood and tiled floors. It also has a massive kitchen with granite countertops, indoor and outdoor lounging and dining areas, multiple terraces, and large office space.
In addition, Hauser bought the spacious house for $2.34 million for himself, his wife Cynthia, and their three children.
Fans might know Cole Hauser for his iconic role as Rip Wheeler, loyal ranch hand on John Dutton’s Yellowstone Ranch, but this isn’t Hauser’s first claim to fame. He first hit the screens in the 1992 film, ‘School Ties.’ He later starred in the classic movie “Dazed and Confused,” “Tigerland,” and many others.
