“Yellowstone” star Forrie J. Smith is giving thanks for his new side-by-side and the Tracker “back saver” that came with it.

The cowboy took to Instagram on Saturday to share a picture of his new tools with his fans and to thank Bass Pro Shops and “Yellowstone” for the gift.

“This Tracker is sure a back saver!!🤩💯” Smith posted. “Another big thank you to #bassproshops #YellowstoneTV. #ParamountNetwork. #cowboyup. #ranchlifestyle. #newmexico. #rodeo @bassproshops.”

Smith Shares New ‘Yellowstone’ Trailer, Says More on the Way Soon

The “Yellowstone” star certainly seems to love his Paramount Network gig. Indeed, as soon as “Yellowstone” released its new Season 4 trailer, Smith hopped onto Instagram to share it with his followers.

“Every. Body. Pays. Yellowstone season 4 premieres November 7, exclusively on #ParamountNetwork. #YellowstoneTV,” Smith posted, adding, “As always, thank you for your continued support and we look forward to sharing more YSS4 social assets with you soon!”

The new trailer features a brief snippet of Smith’s character, Lloyd, brandishing a gun and telling Monica (Kelsey Asbille) to get to the bunkhouse. It looks like the Dutton Ranch also faces an attack as Season 4 opens.

When Season 3 left off, Monica’s husband, Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes), was fending off a pack of intruders at his office. John Dutton (Kevin Costner) had been gunned down by the side of the road. And Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) had disappeared into an explosion that shook her office after her assistant opened a suspicious package.

It remains to be seen what Season 4 will bring, but “Yellowstone” fans will no doubt be happy to see Lloyd is a part of it.

Smith Has Been Spending a Lot of Time on His Ranch

When he isn’t filming “Yellowstone,” Smith is busy working his own ranch. He recently got a new cow in addition to his trusty new side-by-side.

Since he got the side-by-side, Smith has used it often – for instance, to haul hay and to help ranch hands with their work. Judging by the photo in his latest Instagram post, the side-by-side, which is already caked with mud and dust, has proved very useful.

Looks like on Smith’s ranch, there’s no time for joyriding. But there’s plenty of time to watch “Yellowstone,” which will be back on Sunday, Nov. 7 with a two-hour premiere. Until then, fans can keep an eye on Smith’s Instagram page for more “Yellowstone” updates and more glimpses of the ranching life.
