With Jimmy Hurdstrom finding himself in a new romance, is this storyline on Yellowstone doomed before it really gets going?
Outsiders, let’s take a look at this situation with an assist from Brinkwire.
Jefferson White plays Jimmy, and we are in the midst of Season 4 of Yellowstone. We know that he’s now joined the Four Sixes Ranch. Will this new romantic move with Emily, played by Kathryn Kelly, last for a long time?
His relationship with Mia, played by Eden Brolin, is over.
And Yellowstone only has three episodes left this season on the Paramount Network.
The rival Four Sixes ranch was just introduced on the show.
‘Yellowstone’ Episode Has Jimmy, Emily Cross Paths With Him Getting Smitten
In a recent episode titled Keep the Wolves Close, Emily and Jimmy crossed paths. We think Jimmy saw hearts flashing before his eyes.
Her role for the Four Sixes is as a veterinary technician. She collects horse sperm for the ranch’s research lab.
So, she went to Jimmy and asked him out to dinner.
Denim Richards and Ian Bohen, who co-starred with Jefferson White in Yellowstone, didn’t spare him from the inevitable teasing. All three chatted it up on Stories from the Bunkhouse.
“Would you mind sharing what it’s like to be a Casanova? How to talk to women?” Bohen asks. “I’m not sure why Jimmy has such a good dating record,” White says.
Jimmy Does Not Have A Great Track Record When It Comes To Long Relationships
In three seasons, Jimmy has had three different girlfriends. “However, none of them last very long!” White says.
Oh, so as Season 4 comes to an end soon, might Emily end up like his previous relationship with Mia?
So, Jimmy couldn’t give Emily a straight answer because he’s still undecided about Mia. That hesitation move could just put the brakes on that romance. His flirtation with Emily could be a one-night stand before he returns to Mia.
What Does Show’s Star Jefferson White Have In Common With Hurdstrom?
Now, let’s get to an important question right here. What in the world does Jefferson White have in common with Jimmy?
Let’s take a look at this Yellowstone character and the actor that plays him.
In a recent interview with Outsider’s Jim Casey, White also shared what he brought to the character over the seasons.
When Jim asked the Yellowstone star, “What’s the most Jefferson thing about the Jimmy character?” White said, “Curiosity.”
“Jimmy and I’s backgrounds are very, very different. He had a much harder sort of youth than I did,” White said. “I was really lucky, incredibly supportive family, incredibly supportive community. But what we share is a curiosity, a sort of willingness to keep learning.”
