Actor Brecken Merrill of Yellowstone shared a really solid cowboy picture on Thursday with a warning to anyone looking at it.
See, Merrill, who plays Tate Dutton on Yellowstone, posted this picture which has a bit of an old-school look to it. Tate is the only son between Kacey Dutton and his wife, Monica. Luke Grimes plays Kacey while Kelsey Asbille plays Monica.
OK, Outsiders, here’s that picture.
Merrill is giving off a vibe that says “don’t mess with me.”
‘Yellowstone’ Fans Chime In On What They’re Seeing In Photo
What do his fans say after checking out the pic? Let’s see what Yellowstone followers are sharing in the comments.
One writes, “That’s a good Dutton stare!” Another one shares, “Rewatching Yellowstone now, my favorite scene with you is at the river with your dad and uncle everyone is happy and laughing and you throw the fish at uncle Lee…”
Yet this fan also says, “You are one handsome young man”. This fan gives a shoutout to Brecken and scenes with Yellowstone patriarch John Dutton, played by Kevin Costner. “So handsome. I miss your interactions with grandpa Dutton. Some of the best scenes in the show!” the fan writes.
Oh, did you know that Costner actually was Merrill’s Season 4 role model?
He talked about it in a recent interview with News Nation.
“He treats me as a peer more than just like a little kid,” Merrill says. “Like, one time I was on set and I called cut not knowing like, I’m just a kid. I can’t just call cut. And everyone was laughing. Everyone’s like, oh my God, the kid called cut.
“And instead of laughing, Kevin was confused why I called cut,” he says. “And he just treated me as a peer more than just a little kid.”
One Commenter Wants To Know What Actor Thinks of Finn Little Character
This Yellowstone fan is asking Merrill about Finn Little, who joined the show this season. “How bout that new kid on the Dutton block?…. Carter” the person asks.
Oh boy, it looks like Brecken Merrill might be getting ready for an appearance in the Season 4 season finale. When will that happen? Gald you asked, Outsiders.
Yellowstone will tie up some loose ends (or not) on Sunday night at 8 p.m. Eastern, 7 p.m. Central, on the Paramount Network. We might see Tate with Monica and awaiting for Kayce to return from his vision quest.
Yes, there are plenty of other storylines awaiting in the season finale on Sunday night. After all, will John learn who really called for the shootings and explosions?
