‘Yellowstone’ Star Cole Hauser Is All Smiles in Sweet New Family Pic

by Thad Mitchell

With filming for the fourth season complete, Yellowstone star Cole Hauser is enjoying some free time with his young family.

On Yellowstone, Hauser plays ranch foreman and all-around tough guy Rip Wheeler. In addition to his duties on Yellowstone Ranch, Rip is also an enforcer of sorts for the Dutton family, owners of the massive cattle ranch. Fiercely loyal to the Duttons, and especially family patriarch John Dutton, there are seemingly no lengths that Rip won’t go to in order to protect them. Rip has shown he is very much willing to get his hands dirty and even seems to find joy in doing the Duttons’ dirty work. During the third season, he gets engaged to John’s only daughter, Beth Dutton.

When he isn’t busy being Rip Wheeler, Hauser seems like a rather cool and mellow guy who enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Cynthia, have two sons and a young daughter. Both Cole and Cynthia enjoy sharing photos of their adventures on social media for fans to see. In a recent Instagram post, Cynthia provides a pic of a family outing that includes the entire Hauser clan. With the caption “Texas Love” the photo can be seen in Cynthia’s Instagram stories.

‘Yellowstone’ Star Cole Hauser Applauds His Young Son Colt in New Plane Pic

It’s nothing new for the Hauser family as they love to venture for fun activities. One of Cole’s most recent social media posts shows his son, Colt, in the pilot’s seat of a plane. Posted a couple of weeks ago, Cole says he loves seeing his son grow in the caption of the photo.

“Colt flying the friendly skies of us,” the Yellowstone actor writes. “Love watching my boy grow.”

Many Yellowstone fans and social media users took the opportunity to say how much they are looking forward to Rip’s return.

Rip’s character arc has been among Yellowstone’s most fascinating storylines and that should continue in the upcoming new season. The rough and tough cowboy is likely down the warpath when he finds out who attacks the Dutton family in the season three finale. No one wants to be in those shoes and Rip comes knocking. It would be hard to imagine that Rip won’t have revenge on his mind in the fourth season.

Though an official date has yet to be set, look for Yellowstone to return this summer, likely in June.
