In the most recent Yellowstone episode, Beth and Walker have a moment. It is a difficult one as Kelly Reilly can attest to.
So, Reilly plays Beth Dutton, daughter of Yellowstone patriarch John Dutton, played by Kevin Costner. She heads over to the ranchhands’ barn and chats with Walker, played by Ryan Bingham.
Reilly talks about filming this moment with Bingham in the show’s Behind the Story wrap-up.
“It was a difficult moment to shoot,” Reilly says. “To have that moment with him. She couldn’t share that moment of grief with Rip (Wheeler, played by Cole Hauser). It’s almost like she doesn’t want Rip to see that.
“And for her to truly go there, for her to truly feel it, has to be with someone who’s experienced it and could allow space there for it,” Reilly says about the Yellowstone scene.
This moment happens right after John tells Beth, “You know, maybe it’s best if I fight this alone. Maybe it’s best that you go somewhere else while I do it.”
Take a look at Reilly talking about this scene as others chime in about the episode titled No Such Thing as Fair.

‘Yellowstone’ Fans Start Throwing Around Theories About Jamie Dutton’s Mom
Also, you really have to catch Jamie Dutton, played by Wes Bentley, trying to discern what he’s going to do politically.
See, Jamie had his eyes on becoming governor of Montana until John butted in and said he’s going to run.
Then again, we also have the saga of Garrett Randall, played by Will Patton, killing Jamie’s birth mom.
You get a lot of stuff from Yellowstone, Outsiders. Some fans are wondering who is Jamie Dutton’s mother.
Let us turn to Reddit for some help.
One fan suggests Jamie’s mom was John’s sister. John’s conversation with Garrett left fans with the impression that John had witnessed some events surrounding her murder.
“John was obviously there either during or right [after] Garrett murdered her if he testified against him,” the fan wrote. “Why would he have been there if she wasn’t his sister? Garrett doesn’t seem like the type John would have just hung around and he knew alot about Jamie’s mother. It would explain why John and his wife adopted Jamie to begin with.”
There is so much to take in right now around who or what represents Jamie’s mother. It definitely is a story to watch for in next Sunday’s season finale.
