‘Yellowstone’ TV Posts Powerful Pic of Beth Dutton Showing Her Toughness

by Evan Reier

Beth Dutton is many things. A sister, a daughter, a businesswoman. But one thing the Yellowstone icon is more than anything is “tough.”

It’s been proven over time and time again throughout the series. The entire cast has their demons and strife, and Beth’s are always at the forefront and drive her to be the demanding, serious woman she is. It’s just one of the many things that makes Yellowstone one of the best shows on TV.

It’s also one of the traits that make her a fan favorite. The show knows as much and loves to highlight some of her best on social media. Yellowstone‘s latest praise of Beth came on May 18, when the show took to Instagram.

The account adds the perfect caption to the post.

“Beth Dutton has evolved over the course of three seasons,” Yellowstone writes. “But one thing remains the same: She’s a total badass. #YellowstoneTV

Sunglasses, jacket and that iconic, burning hair draping either side of her face. In terms of looks, Beth Dutton, and ergo Kelly Reilly, is serving one up that is hard to match.

Yellowstone Actor Kelly Reilly Describes Beth and Rip’s Relationship

In a recent interview, Kelly Reilly spoke on how Beth and Rip bring so much to each other as a couple. The Yellowstone pair is one of our favorites, and Reilly hit the nail on the head.

Despite being violent and occasionally unhinged individuals, returning to each other is how they heal their scars.

“Beth and Rip are soulmates and have been since they met,” Reilly said. “They are so tough and hard-headed, and the capacity of violence is in them both, but they provide a safe haven for quiet, peace, and love, and she doesn’t have that with anyone else in the show. We see them with all the other characters, and then when they are together, they just bring out a whole different color in each other.”

It’s the truth. The pair aren’t often awkward or at a loss of wit, but the tough exteriors melt when they get close. As any Yellowstone fan knows, the relationship is the No. 1 thing keeping them from completely losing it.

“It provides a level of healing for Beth, a place for her to rest and lay down her weapons. Rip loves her in a way that’s so unconditional, and she’s starting to settle into that place. It’s so beautiful these broken characters are finding some sort of home with each other.”
