On Yellowstone, Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) is not to be trifled with. But now she’s up against a formidable adversary, Market Equities CEO Caroline Warner (Jacki Weaver). And Warner is dead set on seeing her airport go up on John Dutton’s (Kevin Costner) land.
In a new teaser for tonight’s episode of Yellowstone, which is titled “Winning or Learning,” we see Warner facing off against Beth, and possibly trying to persuade her to join forces with the hedge fund rather than stand in its way.
“Behind every milestone of human history stands a monster,” Warner advises Beth. “You want to fight? Let me introduce you to the fight of your life.”

Will Beth End Up Killing Caroline Warner?
Will Beth dispatch with Warner or be tempted by her offer? Some Yellowstone fans certainly seem to think the former is more likely. On Instagram and Reddit, fans predicted Beth will make short work of Warner.
“This will be fun watching the bigger bear take down the wolf,” one fan wrote.
“The lady CEO really has no clue about Beth Dutton but she will before the season is over,” another fan posted to Instagram. “Don’t cross Beth!”
“She [Warner] may find herself taking a ride to the train station,” another fan agreed, a reference to the place in which corpses get tossed, usually by Beth’s fiancée Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser).
Thus far, Beth has not murdered anyone, though she’s threatened to kill Jamie (Wes Bentley). Convinced her adopted brother is behind the Season 3 attacks, will Beth view Warner as more of an annoyance or as a potent threat? If it’s the latter, she’s likely to be ruthless in ruining Warner, if not necessarily taking her life.
New Yellowstone Episode Promises Several Climactic Showdowns
Based on the teaser Yellowstone has released, fans are in for some climactic showdowns in the new episode. There’s the one between Beth and Warner, in which it seems possible Warner will try to win Beth over rather than try to scare her. Warner did, after all, tell her chief counsel she prefers to appeal to people’s greed.
Then there’s the showdown between Kayce (Luke Grimes) and Jamie. Will Jamie issue the warrants John Dutton wants? He’ll be forced to pick a side, something Jamie, who has a weak spine, has not exactly excelled at.
Finally, there’s the showdown between Lloyd (Forrie J. Smith) and Walker (Ryan Bingham). Lloyd’s ego is smarting over Laramie’s (Hassie Harrison) defection to Walker, and when Rip is gone, things will come to a head. Will Rip be forced to return and lay down the law? We’ll find out in tonight’s episode.
