Known for his withdrawn, bad-boy type role throughout the length of Vin Diesel’s “Fast & Furious” franchise, the actor and director takes on a whole new image in his latest Instagram post. While the star’s been breaking headlines regarding his ongoing feud with fellow Hollywood staple, Dwayne Johnson, Diesel shared a new photo embracing his inner country boy alongside his Kubota tractor. Check it out.
Iconic for his bright white smile and even brighter shiny head, Vin Diesel stands atop his Kubota tractor, a favorite among Outsiders, and flashes viewers the deuces. “/smile,” the actor simply captions the post, though we do have to wonder what our American muscle dedicate is doing with a Kubota.
Regardless, the photo gives fans a different perspective from the one they are much more familiar with. Rather than occupying the cliff sides, cities, deserts, and various other environments that populate the “Fast & Furious” movies, we find the beloved star somewhere in the forest, presumably somewhere warmer than here in the U.S.’s northeast, where “hail” is the highlight of the day.
Further, as simple as Vin Diesel’s caption is as simple as the comments are. Most followers responded with a simple variety of heart-eyes emojis, heart emojis, and the occasional fire emoji. Just like the character of Dominic Toretto, there was little else to glean from the post.
Vin Diesel Desperate for Dwayne Johnson’s Return to ‘Fast 10’
While Vin Diesel spent a quiet day out in the woods yesterday, he’s been a lot more outspoken regarding other topics in recent news.
As many “Fast and Furious” fans well know, Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson have had an ongoing feud capturing the eyes of the media since 2016. Now, as the actor and producer plans to wrap up the “Fast” franchise, he’s begged Johnson to return for the film series finale.
“My little brother Dwayne…the time has come,” Diesel shared in a post. “The world awaits the finale of Fast 10…I say this out of love…but you must show up, do not leave the franchise idle…Hobbs can’t be played by no other.”
As we know, Johnson has vowed never to set foot back on the set of the “Fast & Furious.” However, Outsiders also know Johnson to be a very dedicated actor, especially when it comes to his fans. And while fans are no doubt aware of the feud between the two Hollywood stars, some remain hopeful for one final Hobbs appearance as the franchise concludes 20 years after its debut.
For now, it appears Johnson has not responded to Vin Diesel’s plea. And after the major fallout, they had several years ago, it shouldn’t come as a surprise. Now, Johnson has starred in a handful of brand new films, the most recent streaming on Netflix and entitled “Red Notice.”
