“Yellowstone” star Cole Hauser’s wife Cynthia, whose maiden name is Cynthia Daniel, is a former actress and photographer. She left acting to open her own photography studio. But before she did, she appeared in an episode of a “Leave It to Beaver” remake with actress Barbara Billingsley.

Daniel appeared in “The New Leave It to Beaver” in 1989 in the episode “Man’s Greatest Achievement,” per IMDb. She played the green alien Zorigna #2 with her twin sister, the actress Brittany Daniel.

In the episode, Beaver’s son Oliver has to write a paper on man’s greatest achievement. Instead of working on the paper, he looks out the window. Then he starts daydreaming different scenarios in which he is the hero – if only he could answer what is man’s greatest achievement. One such scenario features the Daniel sisters as damsels in distress.

‘Yellowstone’ Star’s Wife Is Returning to Acting

Daniel and her twin sister joined the cast of the Disney+ remake “Cheaper by the Dozen” earlier this month, according to Deadline. They play the identical twins Michelle and Melanie.

The remake stars Zach Braff and Gabrielle Union. Gail Lerner directs. This new “Cheaper by the Dozen” emerges amid a barrage of remakes from Disney, such as “Home Alone,” “Night at the Museum” and “Diary of a Wimpy Kid.”

The original “Cheaper by the Dozen” came out in 1950 and met with commercial and critical success. A 2003 remake starring Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt met with mixed reviews, but was nonetheless followed by “Cheaper by the Dozen 2.”

This latest “Cheaper by the Dozen” is set to come out exclusively on Disney+ in 2022.

The Daniel Sisters Are Close

Cynthia and Brittany have acted together for most of their lives. When they were younger, they starred in the TV series “Sweet Valley High,” based on the book series, as the Wakefield twins. They also appeared in commercials for Doublemint Gum.

In an Instagram post last month, Cynthia celebrated her relationship with her twin, posting a picture of the two of them dolled up as cowgirls.

“God gave me the most amazing gift,” Cynthia observed of her sister.

Indeed, it’s the gift that keeps on giving. Brittany survived a bout with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2011 and recovered in Cynthia’s guest house as her family rallied around her. So that newfound awareness that their time together is precious will just make the twins’ new acting gig that much more amazing.
