Yellowstone aired the Season 3 finale on Sunday night and the Twitter account for the Paramount Network series posted one of the best lines from the episode. The memorable quote comes courtesy of fan-favorite character Rip.
The show uploaded a GIF of Rip (Cole Hauser) saying, “That train only runs in one direction.” They shared it with the caption: “If you know, you know.”
Fans of the drama know when a member of the Dutton family takes somebody “to the train station,” they aren’t playing around. After sharing the GIF, hundreds of fans reacted on Twitter.
“What a great line, I am telling you the writing and delivery on the show,” one user writes. Another user chimed in writing, “And next season that train will be running on a regular basis!! #TheLongBlackTrain”
In addition to posting about Rip, the Yellowstone Twitter account also shared a number of tweets about the Season 3 finale. Judging by the fans’ reaction, the episode definitely left them wanting more.

The season 3 finale delivered cliffhangers of epic proportions. The fate of three of the show’s core characters hangs in the balance with fans left to wonder if they are still alive.
John Dutton was targeted in a drive-by shooting while helping a woman and her child with a flat tire. As for Beth, while preparing to leave the office, her assistant opened a package that turned out to be a bomb. Lastly, the story leaves off with Kayce hiding behind a desk as gunmen came in spraying bullets.

Earlier this summer, Paramount Network renewed Yellowstone for a fourth season. However, fans will have to wait before new episodes. The show plans on debuting season four in June 2021.
