There’s nothing that can match the feeling of having a perfect dipping sauce to complete a meal. One fast-food chain that crushes the sauce game is none other than Chick-fil-A. For years, the chicken sandwich chain has been the stand-alone star for their quality of service, food, and, of course, the variety of their sauces.
Now, Chick-fil-A is doubling down on their appreciation for their fans. They’re offering customers the chance to get lost in the sauce. The chain recently announced that two of their signature sauces would be available in stores for customers to purchase.
On Thursday, a Chick-fil-A spokesperson confirmed that 16-ounce bottles of Chick-fil-A Sauce and Polynesian Sauce are currently up for grabs in various grocery stores around the country. Before rolling out the sauce nationwide, the chicken chain released the bottles in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
With Every Chick-Fil-A Sauce Purchase, Your Money Goes to an Employees’ Education
However, the chain is doing more than just letting their customers take home the sauce. The restaurant is also donating 100 percent of the royalties from each bottle sold in a retail store to its Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarship Initiative. The program helps employees finance their college education. Since the sauces hit shelves last year, their proceeds have funded over 400 scholarships for employees.
“Restaurant Team Members go above and beyond every day to care for our guests and the communities they serve,” L.J. Yankosky, senior director of Innovation and New Ventures at Chick-fil-A, said. “We’re thrilled that every 16-ounce bottled sauce purchased from a participating retailer will help provide additional scholarship opportunities to Team Members, who are a key ingredient to our restaurant experience.”
Fans of the chain have much to look forward to as the dips will become available everywhere this spring. For those unable to get your hands on your own bottle, there’s a silver lining. You can purchase an 8-ounce bottle of the signature sauces at select restaurants. Fans can choose from Chick-fil-A, Polynesian, Barbeque, Honey Mustard, and Garden Herb Ranch.
Currently, the sauces are available in select states at stores like Walmart, Publix, HEB, Winn-Dixie, Food Lion, and Harris Teeter. The 16-ounce bottles retail for around $4, depending on where you live. The good news is you can stop hoarding your Chick-fil-A and Polynesian sauce packets. The bad news is, we’ve got a feeling they won’t be on the shelves for long.
