Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani have been nominated for an American Music Association Award. Shelton’s song “Nobody But You,” which features Stefani, is up for an AMA Favorite Country Song Award.

The singers released the song in December 2019, which features on Shelton’s album Fully Loaded: God’s Country. The song is the third duet by Shelton and his fiance Stefani. Afterward, they released another single “Happy Anywhere” this summer, which they also performed at the ACM Awards.

“Even though Gwen and I just had a single out we decided that, under the circumstances, this year… man, there’s never been a better time for ‘Happy Anywhere,’” Shelton said in a statement. “We’ve all been in quarantine and lockdown, and hopefully we’ve been doing that with somebody that we really love and enjoy being around. That’s what happened with Gwen and me this summer — and this entire year.”

Blake Shelton And Gwen Stefani Have Been Busy on a New Season of ‘The Voice’

The singers started dating after being judges on the musical competition The Voice. Recently, the couple bought a $13.2 million home together in Encino, California. But it hasn’t been all happiness in paradise. Stefani addressed rumors the singers decided to call off their engagement.

“The good news is that we still like each other a lot. That’s good,” Stefani said on The Today Show.

Meanwhile, both singers are working on a new season of The Voice. It is the first time they’ve been back on the show since the COVID-19 pandemic started.

“I think it’ll be very interesting, and will open up a whole new dynamic with the coaches. Which, by the way, Gwen’s back – which makes me very happy,” Shelton told Entertainment Tonight Canada

“Having Gwen back, though, I think is very comforting for all the coaches,” he continued. “We all feel like we’re able to just go back to the game we already knew. We all know how to play each other at this thing. It kinda felt like the old gang got back together again and we’re having a blast.”
