Blake Shelton is bringing country music to Viva Las Vegas!

The country crooner announced on Wednesday, November 10, that his Ole Red Bar & Restaurant franchise will be adding a sixth location in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2023. The location is prime real estate as it is right across from the legendary Bellagio foundations.

“I’ve been going to Las Vegas for 20 years now working and I’ve never felt like there was enough of a country music presence,” Shelton said during a press conference.

The new music venue will cost roughly $30 million and will feature 686 seats in the four-story theater. Additionally, it will be the first rooftop patio in Las Vegas with its own music venue. Artists can perform in the round with a lavish production.

The restaurant will feature a “Shelton-inspired menu” along with cocktails that you can only find at this location. The Las Vegas Ole Red will be the biggest yet at 27,000 square feet. The venue is conscious of artists and will provide production and promotion resources to them.

“I know what it’s like to be a young musician playing bars and small venues, never knowing what to expect,” Blake Shelton added. “I’m proud that we’re building a network of places where artists can get the kind of exposure playing live that is so critical for growing their fan base. Having these locations for artists to play in different parts of the country is a dream come true.”

Ole Red Las Vegas will mark the sixth location for Blake Shelton. Ole Red is currently located in Orlando, Florida; Tishomingo, Oklahoma; Nashville, Tennessee; and Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This is in addition to the Nashville International Airport location will be opening in early 2022.

Blake Shelton’s Special Song

Blake Shelton released “We Can Reach the Stars” earlier this year. the song was actually his wedding vows to Gwen Stefani. Fans still can’t get enough of the tune. While his bride didn’t ask for a song instead of vows, she did encourage him to write more music.

“I didn’t feel pressure because she didn’t know I was gonna’ do it,” Shelton told Seth Meyers. “There’s really no bar, you know, to set right here.”

“Gwen is always, constantly on my ass about, I should be writing more songs, ‘How come you don’t write more songs. I have gotten lazy about it over the years. So I decided I’ll step up and come up with something, so I did,” he continued.

Obviously, the song has special meaning to him and Stefani. However, he wanted everyone to be able to enjoy it and show off his wife in the process.

“A lot of people have asked me about it since they found out I did that,” he added. “We’re excited about it. We want people to hear it. I mean, my god…I married Gwen Stefani! I want everybody to hear that.”
