Blake Shelton fans, are you ready for a new music video? Because the country music star has you covered.

Well, he’ll definitely have you covered tomorrow. But for now, he’s giving you a little teaser clip. Shelton shared a clip from his music video for the song “Minimum Wage” on Instagram.

Along with the video, he wrote “The official music video for #MinimumWage is OUT TOMORROW at 10AM CT. Who’s excited??? -Team BS”

Why Are People Upset About Blake Shelton’s New Song?

With record-high unemployment rates and nation-wide economic distress, some people are criticizing Blake’s new song, “Minimum Wage.” Some believe the song is insensitive to those who are struggling during these times, especially coming from an extremely wealthy country music star.

However, Shelton disagrees. He said that, although he is currently successful, he definitely struggled before hitting it big. During an interview, he even talked about moments in his life when he had to decide between paying his rent or his electric bill.

“But those really were some of the best days of my life that I still think about all the time. And I think about all the jobs and things that I did over the years, just so I could play music for free somewhere,” said Shelton.

Blake added that people who want to be angry will always find ways to stay angry.

“No matter what your intention is, no matter what the truth is, they want it to be something that they can be upset about so that they can get on social media and try to grab a headline,” says Shelton.

Despite the haters, Blake said that he’s going to continue releasing music that resonates with him.

“So I’m going to put out the records that resonate with me and my life and not look back,” said Blake.
