Country music legends Brooks & Dunn will team up with Travis Tritt for their upcoming Reboot 2021 Tour.

Cancel your plans. Clear your schedules. And start getting excited because you are getting to see two country stars in person… well, technically three. It’s more of a two for three special.

Long Time in the Making

Why is this a big deal besides the fact that Brooks & Dunn and Travis Tritt are incredible and that we are finally past 2020 and can attend fun events like this with a cold one in your hand? Well, in addition to those very valid points, the Reboot 2021 event is the first time in ten years that Brooks & Dunn will tour together.

Furthermore, the duo has added seven dates onto the original ten that Brooks & Dunn scheduled from 2020, reports Taste of Country.

Additionally, the Country Music Hall of Fame group has taken to social media to announce who will be accompanying them on tour. “It’s a Great Day to Be Alive” singer Travis Tritt will be featured, as well as “My Boy” artist Elvie Shane.

“We’re hitting the road for our first nationwide tour in ten years! The extended REBOOT TOUR now includes seven new dates, kicking off on September 2nd.”

Fans were thrilled about the news and gushed about their love for the country group.

“They’ll be in Cincinnati on September 4th. (If anyone is looking for birthday ideas),” said one hopeful fan. Another commented on our exact feeling toward the news, “This is the greatest weekend of my life.”

The Reboot Tour will begin in September in the Midwest and move east before heading to the Lone Star State and a good portion of the southeastern U.S. However, some of the new concert locations include performances in Cincinnati, Ohio, Chicago, and Philadelphia.

Minor Setback

In 2011 Brooks & Dunn officially broke up after over two decades of creating chart-topping music. Both Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks went off to pursue solo careers. However, after a few years, they began teasing fans for pop-up shows and festival dates in 2019… And then came the pandemic.

So, the May 2020 Reboot Tour was restarted and set for September 2 in Indianapolis.
