Country music superstar Carrie Underwood took to social media early on Monday evening to post a quick selfie from the gym.
Underwood is fresh off of performing at the 56th annual Academy of Country Music Awards. The 38-year-old singer and songwriter stunned fans when she took the state last Sunday to perform a heart-warming gospel medley from the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Tennessee.
And a little more than a week out, she is back in the gym working hard to keep her body in tip-top condition. In her most recent post on social media, the country star is rocking braids and a new outfit. Her latest look is part of her CALIA by Carrie fitness apparel line.
Underwood is no stranger to sharing her fitness and workout tips with her fans. When she isn’t posting updates from her music career or photos of her beautiful family, the 38-year-old is making sure her fans know just how she is managing to stay in shape.

Carrie Underwood Always Manages to Fit In a Workout
Between being one of the biggest stars in all of the country music industry, an entrepreneur, and a mother and wife, Carrie Underwood sometimes has to get creative when it comes to being able to get in a workout. Sometimes she is on the road and performing at various arenas, and other times she is living life at home with her sons, Isaiah and Jacob, and her husband Mike Fisher.
“I have become an expert at working out with nothing!” Underwood admits in a 2019 interview with Shape.com. “I’m great at putting things together and thinking: ‘What do I have around me that I can use?’ Maybe it’s three steps — I can use that! Or I have a chair I can do dips on.”
Meanwhile, Carrie Underwood says that it is possible to get in a workout wherever you are. That goes for those who have any sort of props around them to those who have nothing at all. The key is just being creative and working with what you have around you at your disposal.
“Obviously, if you work with your body weight, you can do push-ups anywhere,” the country star explains. “You can do sit-ups anywhere, you can be in your hotel room and you don’t have to leave. You just have to think outside the box and get creative.
