Carrie Underwood Is ‘Feeling Strong’ in New Workout Pic

Carrie Underwood is hitting the gym and starting her week off right. And she’s showing off just how well her workout app—Fit52—works in an Instagram post.

Carrie Underwood is notorious for being rock solid. Meaning she’s in amazing shape. She’s so passionate about fitness that she has her own athletic apparel line and workout app.

The app, called Fit52, is kind of a big deal. The country singer created it last year, and the program already has over 90k followers on Instagram. If that’s not a testament to Fit52’s butt-kicking powers, we don’t know what is.

Carrie partnered with her world-famous personal trainer, Eve Overland, to bring the fitness program to tablets and phones around the globe. And Not only does it help people build strong muscles, but it also gives nutrition advice. In an interview with Women’s Health, the Grammy-winning songstress said her program is everything she needed when she began her fitness journey. And she also admitted that her passion for hitting the gym came from body shamers.

When Carrie was new to fame, she stumbled upon some message boards where people were calling her “fat.”

“I shouldn’t care what other people think about me,” Carrie told Women’s Health. “I was tired, and I kept buying bigger clothes.” So, she let “the haters” be her “motivators.” And here she is all these years later, insanely fit and wildly famous. And as we all know, living well is the best revenge.

So on Monday, the Wasted singer took to social media during a Fit52 workout to show off her physique and her new fall CALIA line.

“Happy Monday! Kicking the week off with a @fit52 workout and a new @CALIAbyCarrie pattern. #NewWeek#MondayMotivation#StayThePath.”

Carrie Underwood Literally Wrote the Book On Health and Fitness

Carrie Underwood may look impossibly fit. But in a recent interview on The Drew Barrymore Show, she assured everyone that her routine is “approachable and real.”

The country star recently released a book called Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life that outlines how she stays so gorgeous and healthy. And the words aren’t written for celebrities with personal trainers and chefs. They’re written for real people with busy lives.

“At the core of what I do, I’m a working mom. I have a busy schedule taking kids to school and to whatever practices are going on – and just juggling like we all are. And we offer a lot of hacks and tricks to eating on the go. And making sure that you have some easily grabbable foods in your refrigerator and pantry that you can find anywhere,” says Underwood.
