Country music superstar Carrie Underwood took to social media on Sunday evening to share one of her favorite meals with her fans.
There is no doubt that Carrie Underwood is passionate about living well and inspiring others. She regularly takes to her official social media accounts to share positive messages. And on Sunday, she treated her fans and followers with one of her “Sunday tradition” recipes.
Underwood posted a photo of a “crustless quiche” dish from her Find Your Path book. And the picture is just as amazing as we had hoped. The dish looks loaded full of colorful vegetables, cheese, and eggs. It definitely looks like it could be a fan favorite for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner.
“This has become a Sunday tradition. Making the crustless quiche from my book #FindYourPath,” Underwood wrote alongside the photo. “I had several small bits of leftovers in the fridge (sweet potatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower) so I threw those in, as well as some kale from my garden!”
The country star says that you don’t have to follow her recipe to the T. In fact, oftentimes she just throws in any of the leftovers in her refrigerator.
“You can pretty much throw in whatever you have on hand and it’ll turn out delicious!” She continued. “My little guy, Jake, loves this, so I try to always have one in the fridge because it’s full of so many veggies! Plus, me cooking in the kitchen is one of my happy places, so it seems to fit on a Sunday afternoon!”

In Underwood’s first book, she shares intricate details about how she is able to manage her career as a country singer, businesswoman, designer, and mother. Oh, and all the while, she makes sure to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But according to her, that doesn’t mean that she is perfect every day.
The book “looks at health as an overall balanced approach to things and being good,” she told USA Today after its release. “It’s more about what your week looks like instead of trying so hard to be super-strict every single day.”
Now that she has been able to find her path, Carrie Underwood wants her fans to be able to do the same.
