Carrie Underwood dazzled the audience at last night’s ACM Awards. Today, she posted some photos of her stunning performance.

“Thank you to the legendary @cecewinans and the amazing choir and musicians for joining me on the #MySavior performance last night! Watch at the link in bio,” she said in the caption.

The stills are from her medley performance of songs from her upcoming album, “My Savior.” The photos are truly breathtaking. Underwood’s shimmering gown reflects against the lights from the stage. But even these pretty images won’t do the performance justice. No matter what your faith is, the vocals of Carrie Underwood and CeCe Winans will give you chills.

Judging by the comments on her instagram post, Underwood’s followers agree.

“I am not one for gospel music… But your performance was beautiful and captivating! It made me get teary-eyed! Amazzzing girl!!” one Instagram user said.

Another Instagram user, who seems to enjoy gospel music, said, “Absolutely amazing performance! Thank you for sharing your gift and your love for Christ! Such a blessing!”

“Y’all’s performance was by far the best of the night!” Another comment read, “It was breathtaking and unbelievable. Goosebump city. Loved it!”

A Night of Electrifying Performances

While Carrie Underwoods’ performance was amazing, she wasn’t the only one to dazzle. The ACM Awards were action-packed with more than 20 performances.

Mickey Guyton performed her song “Hold On.” Her stunning vocals and artful lyricism make her one to watch. Guyton, who was a nominee for 2021 female artists of the year, also hosted last night, becoming the first black woman to do so.

Chris Stapleton and Miranda Lambert performed “Maggie’s song.” The heart-wrenching song is a tribute to his deceased rescue dog. Stapleton’s consistently awe-inspiring voice coupled with Lambert’s backing vocals made the performance a powerful tribute.

In an interview with The Tennessean about the song, Stapleton said, “Every word and every stitch of that song is real things. She was a member of the family, and she deserved a song.”

There are so many other noteworthy performances to watch and enjoy from last night. Artists such as Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Luke Combs, and Ashley Mcbride all gave it their all on stage.
