Carrie Underwood loves her two boys, Isaiah and Jacob. They mean so much to her. Both, though, have different personalities.

Apparently, Isaiah is more along the sweet side. Jacob, though, has a bit of a rowdy side.

Underwood dotes on them a lot as does her husband, Mike Fisher. Both boys are still toddlers, though, and can cause some difficulties at times.

Carrie Underwood Calls Jacob ‘Rough-And-Tumble’ Kid

Especially Jacob. One day recently, one of Isaiah’s little friends was around playing with him. Underwood picks up the story from there.

She calls Jacob her “rough-and-tumble, bull-in-a-china-shop kid. He wants to climb.”

“When he thinks he’s being funny, that’s when he’s gonna do the naughty stuff,” she said. “You can’t laugh at him, but it’s the hardest thing in the world not to laugh at him. He just seems to be a little wilder.”

“One of Isaiah’s little friends that is kind of around them calls him ‘Jake the Trouble Make,'” Underwood reveals. “And I would say that is accurate.”

Therefore, the nickname has been revealed to the world. Now it’s up to Jacob whether he’s going to keep the nickname or grow out of it. Time will tell.

Underwood Shares Her Undying Respect for Dolly Parton

Recently, Underwood opened up and shared some heartfelt thoughts on country music legend Dolly Parton.

As part of BMI’s celebration of its annual Country Awards, the music organization produced a series titled “Songteller to Songteller.” BMI created a virtual salute in honor of Parton and her legacy.

Seven current musicians spoke extensively about how she inspired them, including talking about their favorite Parton songs.

“Obviously music is part of her legacy. But, I think her true legacy is how she has made the world better,” Underwood said. “She could’ve just been Dolly Parton and taken her money and just lived for herself. But she was given gifts by God, and she takes them, she does the work, she uses them to glorify God, and she gives back. She cares about people. That’s her true legacy.”
