What, pray tell, is country music superstar Carrie Underwood up to in her career these days? She drops a hint for her fans in a video clip.

Underwood is teaming up with South Carolina band NEEDTOBREATHE for their new song, “I Wanna Remember.”

She re-tweeted a snippet of the song that the band released on its own Twitter account. Take a look at this quick clip featuring the band and Carrie Underwood.

Oh, the song is set to be released on Thursday, May 20.

Carrie Underwood recently let her fans know that she’s going to start playing Las Vegas later this year. She’s following the footsteps of other stars as, on Dec. 1, Underwood begins a residency at Resorts World.

She’s calling it “Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency.” It will be held at The Theatre inside the hotel. Expect to hear a lot of the classic Underwood songs as part of the show, too. Underwood reportedly will be donating $1 per ticket sold to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Fans looking to attend the residency can also expect her to take a look back from winning “American Idol” to the present. It’s all about the journey from one point in Underwood’s life to the moment. Reflecting back on what has been a successful career that’s getting better and better all the time.

Carrie Underwood Would Leave Home And Feed Stray Dogs As A Child

Sometimes, the heartstrings of youth can lead them to do interesting things. Carrie Underwood admits that she would sneak out of her home and feed stray dogs.

“I would actually steal like hot dogs, pieces of bread, and, like, lunch meat and stuff,” Underwood said in an interview with “Taste of Country.” “Stuff that I didn’t think they would notice. And I would sneak out in the middle of the night to go feed stray dogs.”

She did this, though, and did not tell her mother about her shenanigans.

While Carrie Underwood just wanted to do something good, she knew that not telling Mama was not good.

“It’s sweet and wrong,” she said. While Underwood never got attached enough to give a stray dog a name, she did have plans for one of them.

“I did lead one down the road to some people who I thought would like it,” Carrie Underwood said. “And I, like, threw hot dogs in their yard and ran away. And the dog stayed there and they took the dog in.”

Well, her heart was in the right place when it comes to the animals.
