Chase Rice said he woke up with a new song fully formed in his mind and decided he wanted to share it with his fans. It’s the first tune he’s written in 2021.

It’s a simple song about about what’s important to you changes are you grow up. And the video presentation matches the tone. The Instagram video is just Brice in his kitchen with an acoustic guitar.

“Unreleased New song,” he posted on Instagram. “Hope it touches y’all like it has me. Brand new song I wrote this morning, with everything going on in our country, I wanted to put out something positive, I hope this can be a bright spot in y’alls day. God bless”

Though the song may have taken him a lifetime to live, he said it hit him like lightning.

“But this morning one of the best things that could have happened to me happened to me and that’s a song hit me out of nowhere,” he says in the video. “It doesn’t always happen like that all the time, but when it does I feel blessed. I definitely feel blessed to be able to do what I love for a living. I want to share that with you guys and I hope it’s as bright as a note in your day as it has been in mine.”

Chase Rice Trying Out New Music on Some New Critics

Chase Brice recently said he got feedback for his new songs from some different sources.

“Trying a couple of new songs out on the bison,” he said in an Instagram post. “Need to decide if I should drop the Album Pt. 3 here early this year. What y’all thing?”

Rice sits on fence with a big smile in front of his herd of bison with his guitar in hand. It’s unclear if the bison were into his brand of country or not. But his fans sure are. They were ravenous in the comments wants to know more about when they could expect his new album and more about the tracks that will be included.

“Please! We need it! I need it! Lol,” one person posted. “Yes do it!! Never sure how this year will go,” someone else wrote.
