The Kentucky native never disappoints. His music is filled with passion, feeling, and soul. Each line builds a story and his tunes are able to transport the listener somewhere else. The connection they have is unreal and shows in the way they perform together.

Chris Stapleton has been out touring recently. However, taking a step back and recording something like this CBS Saturday Morning is awesome. These are the videos and performances that fans love to listen to. Many times, these raw, one-off renditions are loved more by fans than the originals. His song has great meaning and lessons behind it as well. Knowing your blessings and reflecting on the ones closest to you.

The vocal range that Stapleton has allows him to dabble in more than just classic country sounds. He showed off that range with his Metallica cover and also in his own music.

Chris Stapleton with Five CMA Award Nominations

In recent weeks, Chris Stapleton has earned five CMA Award nominations, tying for the most this year. Only Eric Church can match Stapleton’s list of nominations. So, this could end up being a great fall for either artist as we head towards the awards ceremony.

Since his solo career began, Stapleton has been nominated for 26 CMA Awards and has taken home more than a handful. The biggest award, Entertainer of the Year is going to be a hotly contested category. Miranda Lambert, Luke Combs, Carrie Underwood, as well as Church, and Stapleton are up for the award. Only Church has won it before and that came last year in 2020.

So, the country music star is going to have a chance at landing five awards this November. Meanwhile, Chris Stapleton and Morgane will keep doing what they have been doing. Playing shows and recording kickass songs.
