Darius Rucker makes every HGTV watcher’s dream (we don’t judge) by giving a quick tour of his beautiful Nashville home for him and his family.

While we don’t get an in-depth tour of the whole house, the kitchen, eating area, and living room are amazing. They are open concepts with a homey, cozy feel. The home is also decked out with beautiful Christmas decorations and features coffered ceilings.

“This is my home in Nashville,” said Rucker. “I haven’t lived here very long. I’ve lived here, I think four months.”

The kitchen has white cabinets with a white backsplash and a massive white granite island. That sounds overwhelming and cold, but the black bar stools and the bottom of the island balance it out perfectly.

The small eating area has a gray round table with a modern chandelier above it and four chairs. Behind it stands floor to ceiling cabinets next to a large window.

Darius Rucker Loves His Living Room

As for the living room, Darius Rucker says it is his favorite place to hang with his son.

“This is our wonderful living room where we spend 70 percent of our time in the house. When I was looking for the house, I knew it was going to be me and my, son and the one thing I really wanted was a place that him and I to hang- him and I could be together and just sit down and watch tv or play video games or joke. When I saw the living room and how open it was and how the sun just came in through the window, you know, I thought, ‘man this is going to be perfect for us.'”

The area has a stone fireplace with a huge TV above it, an oversized sectional couch that looks perfect for naps, and massive floor to ceiling windows that cover the whole wall. In addition, there is a substantial piece of gray and blue art that sits on top of a large credenza that rests next to the fireplace.

In the caption, Darius Rucker thanks Balsam Hill for decorating his house with “a little Christmas spirit.”
