Country band Florida Georgia Line are releasing a new music video for their holiday song “Lit This Year.”

“Kick back with some #OldCampWhiskey and eggnog and enjoy the #LitThisYear video!” the duo tweeted Friday as they released the video. “Happy Holidays y’all!”

Their Own Brand of Whiskey

Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley rolled out Old Camp Whiskey themselves earlier this year. According to their website, it is inspired by their parties with their “camp” – in other words the musicians, managers, technicians and friends who they hang out with.

Additionally they’re now promoting Old Camp in a catchy country tune.

“That Christmas tree ain’t the only thing getting lit this year,” the two sing in the song.

Florida Georgia Line also own a restaurant and country music bar in Nashville, FGL House. Accordingly, the restaurant serves Old Camp Whiskey.

“It was something BK and I always thought would be neat, whether it was a bar or a restaurant — we’ve talked about opening a coffee shop before,” Hubbard said. “We have a knack for food and beverage; taking care of our friends and our people.”

Florida Georgia Line Celebrate

The last year has been quite an eventful one for Florida Georgia Line. Previously, the band announced the release of their fifth studio album, Life Rolls On. The album debuts later this year on Feb. 12, 2021 through BMLG Records, per Billboard.

“I think this personally is just a big, celebratory chapter,” Hubbard said in a statement. “We’ve come a long way since 2012 when we dropped our first album. It’s wild to think about the journey we’ve been on –  the things we’ve got to do, the places music has taken us. We’re celebrating life and the good times, the ups and the downs, and the journey it took us to get where we’re at.”

Kelley then concluded by saying: “It’s just evident within the music how good of a time we’re having. And how good of a place in life we are for sure.”
