Tyler Hubbard Contracted COVID-19 in Early November

Hubbard discovered he tested positive for COVID-19 in early November. To prevent spreading the virus to his wife and daughter, Hubbard moved a tour bus into the driveway of his home. The singer quarantined in the tour bus for the duration of the illness until he was symptom-free.

In a series of social media posts, Hubbard hinted to fans that he may have contracted the virus. He first revealed the tour bus, asking fans if they knew why he might have parked it in the driveway. He then confirmed that he contracted the virus.

Hubbard wrote, “Some of y’all guessed it….. Got the Rona. Asymptomatic. Quarantining on bus. Miss my family. Writing songs. Thankful.”

While quarantining, Hubbard spent the time writing new songs. He also continued to post updates regarding his health on social media.

“Good morning everybody, a quick update from the bus. I’m feeling okay,” Hubbard wrote in an Instagram story. “I woke up this morning for the first time and was like ‘okay, this is real. This is real. I can feel it in my head.” I just wanted to say thank you to everybody for all of the prayers, messages and everybody that’s checked in on me. It means a lot.”
