Country music star Garth Brooks took to social media on Monday evening to make his first post since going into quarantine.
The country music power couple of Brooks and his wife Trisha Yearwood called off all their plans when Yearwood tested positive for COVID-19 back in February. The 59-year-old Brooks said at the time that he and his wife would be quarantined for the foreseeable future.
But now Garth Brooks is back on Twitter, and perhaps back for more than just that.
“We’re back in more ways than one!!! love, g,” Brooks wrote.
The country music star was also back for another edition of his new video series called “Studio G.” The series gives his fans a behind-the-scenes look at what’s going on with Brooks’ music career. It’s obvious that his fans were excited to have him back on the show.
One Garth Brooks fan on Twitter replied to him saying, “It was a great Monday night with #StudioG! ❤️ So glad that you are back!”
Similarly, another follower said that they were glad to see them on the show again.
“It was so good to see you on again!” the user wrote. “We’ve missed you both so much! Just glad the Queen is doing much better. Love you both so much!”
Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood Announce That She is COVID-Free
Thankfully, the lovely wife of Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, has since tested negative for the coronavirus. Yearwood announced the good news on her official Facebook page a week ago where she thanks her fans for their love and support.
“1) I got the official news that I am covid negative,” Yearwood announced. “Thank you all for your love, support messages, and sweet tweets!”
Yearwood then goes on to say that while Brooks never got COVID himself, he took care of her while the two quarantined.
“2) My incredible husband is literally Superman and never got covid – but still took all the precautions to keep everyone we know and love safe!” Yearwood explains.
It’s been a long road for every one of us during the last year but it has been especially rough for Brooks and Yearwood. However, things are starting to get back to normal for country fans with the return of Brooks’ Studio G.
