Jason Aldean is celebrating his son Memphis’ third birthday with a heartfelt post. He also revealed he wasn’t sure if he and his wife Brittany could have children.

In the series of tweets, the country singer shared photos from Memphis’ first three years of life. Aldean’s son was all smiles from behind a baseball cap. Aldean highlighted times with his little one such as visiting Disney World, tubing on the river, or also bath time.

“Hard to believe it has been 3 years since this little guy came into our lives. He is wild, headstrong and all boy and I couldn’t be more thankful for him,” Aldean wrote. “For a while, @brittanyaldean and I weren’t sure we would be able to have a baby, so the fact that we now have 2 is a blessing to us both and we never take one day of it for granted. Happy bday buddy!! We love u so much.”

Jason Aldean Married Brittany Kerr in 2015

Aldean married his wife Brittany back in 2015. The two met when Aldean was still married to his first wife and high school sweetheart Jessica. Both Aldean and Jessica share two daughters together. The couple had been married since 2001, but after more than a decade, their marriage was in a rough spot. Eventually, the two divorced in 2013.

Brittany and Aldean started dating after the divorce. Two years into their marriage, Memphis was born on Dec. 1, 2017. His sister Navy Rome was born two years later.

“I have made mistakes but I am a better person because of it, and wouldn’t change a thing,” Aldean wrote on Instagram. “I’m happier than I have ever been, so thank u to all the people who support us. We are happy and life goes on.”
