Fans of John Rich took to Twitter to express their appreciation for the cover. One Twitter user wrote, “Awesome show! You never disappoint! Huge fan of yours! Thank you for everything you do to support our troops!”

Another fan then added, “We farmers see the rain all the time!! We have the backs of our military, police, and first responders too, always. Got your back also John.”

John Rich also posted a video from the National Fraternal Order of Police, which showed police officers honoring the 13 military servicemen and women who were killed during an airport attack in Kabul last month. “American Police honoring American soldiers. Wow. Thank you for this powerful gesture.”

John Rich and Big Kenny are currently on tour. Big & Rich’s next show will be held at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. The duo will be performing at the United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock, Texas on September 19th and they are going to be at the AK-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix, Arizona on November 6th.

John Rich Talks Giving Back to Military Veterans Through Whiskey Line

During a 2019 interview with Fox News, John Rich opened up about how his whiskey line, Redneck Riviera, has donated more than $200,000 at the time to Folds of Honor. The donation helped provide 40 scholarships to the children and spouses of U.S. fallen and disabled service members.

John Rich revealed to the media outlet that there are a lot of great organizations that support veterans and their families, his favorite organization is Folds of honor. “Matter of fact, I wear their t-shirt all the time,” Rich proclaimed. “I wear it on stage. I wear it every day. Folds of Honor puts kids through college who lost a parent in combat fighting for our country or a spouse who lost their spouse.”

John Rich also explained that when a serviceman or woman is killed in combat, there’s a lot of attention on them for a while. But as time moves on, the fallen’s family members are often forgotten and can fall through the cracks.

“And people forget they’re still here and they’re trying to go to college,” the country singer shared. “They’re trying to get a degree and better their lives. Because now they’re missing one of the main people in their families. Folds of Honor steps in and subsidizes that and makes sure they don’t fall through the cracks.”
