Few country stars can make a sparkly dress look as effortless as Kelsea Ballerini, and she proved it once again last night for her latest appearance at the Grand Ole Opry.

Fans need no introduction for Kelsea Ballerini. The country star is at the top of her game and has been one of the genre’s most beloved singers since her Opry debut in 2015.

Fascinatingly, she became The Grand Ole Opry‘s youngest inducted member last year. Carrie Underwood, an Opry member since 2008, presented Ballerini’s award and membership to her. Of the young star, Underwood said: “You have accomplished so much in your career, and you will undoubtedly accomplish infinite amounts more in your life. Awards, number ones, sales … better than all of that. This is the heart and soul of country music.”

Now, over a year on from her induction, Kelsea Ballerini is stunning on the Opry Stage once again. As a part of country station The Circle’s Christmas Opry Live Show, Ballerini, Lady A, and Lauren Alaina performed live music for their streaming holiday special.

As for Ballerini herself, she’s always beyond thrilled to perform on country’s most iconic stage. Taking to Twitter last night to celebrate, she posts a stunning shot of herself in “some grand ole Opry glitter” to mark the occasion.

Kelsea Ballerini Says Grand Ole Opry is a “Gift”

Moreover, the country star took to her Instagram stories to praise the Opry for letting her perform safely amid the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.

“Playing music is my favorite thing in the world,” she began. “And it felt like such a gift to be able to safely tonight. Thank you as always for having me home.”

The Opry itself is also praising Ballerini’s gorgeous look for the night, tweeting “The outfit. The music. The red lip. You shined tonight, @KelseaBallerini“.

Indeed, when it comes to Kelsea Ballerini and The Grand Ole Opry, the love and admiration goes both ways. In fact, Ballerini, a Tennessee native, visited the Opry multiple times as a mere fan growing up. Then, in 2015, she performed within the Opry Circle as a guest for the first time. Since then, she’s held several more concerts at the famous venue, leading to her aforementioned induction as a Grand Ole Opry member in 2019.

“Grand Ole Opry, thanks for seeing something in me and for believing that I’ll always love you like I do because I do, and I will,” she said at the time.
