Welcome to the former Tennessee home of the legendary country couple, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Within its 135 acres, you can feel the love that the stars have built for their family over the years. The vast countryside property includes a farm, pond, 13-stall barn and historic log home built in 1850. Located at 4009 Carters Creek Pike in Williamson County, the home is selling for $9.9 million – a jaw-dropping price for a piece of paradise.
The house itself is a masterpiece that marries rustic roots with modern amenities. It greets potential homeowners to its double doors with a stone pathway before leading to the 3,300-square-foot space inside. Throughout the rooms, you can find six fireplaces, gorgeous hardwood flooring and exposed log walls. It also boasts three luxurious bedrooms and a quaint screened-in porch around back. Representing the sale of the estate is The McEwen Group, who called the property “one of the most beautiful farms in the mid-state” and “one of the most desirable locations in Middle Tennessee.”

Prior to the most recent listing, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s property was even more expansive, reaching 750 acres. However, in 2014, when the country music couple initially listed the sale, they divided the land into multiple tracts, selling part of it earlier this year.
Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Home ‘Saw the Passing of the Civil War’
More than just a gorgeous property, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s former home bore witness to some of the nation’s most defining and trying times. Their home’s official name is the Samuel S. Morton Cabin which found its place on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. Now, over 170 years old, the home has stood tall during much of the country’s own development.
The representing agency further boasted the home’s specifications on Facebook, noting its convenient place on the map and in history.
“This incredible property features 135 acres just 6 miles from downtown Franklin, minutes from Leipers ForkA three bedroom home under a shady grove saw the passing of the civil war, situated on Carters Creek Pike that shortly converges with Franklin beyond the next set of small hills,” The McEwen Group wrote. “It’s spread over in some of the prettiest pastures & hayfields you will see, rolling up onto an isolated hill top bordering an interesting little stream called Murfrees Creek.”
Talk about living Where the Green Grass Grows. It’s no wonder Tim McGraw and Faith Hill called this property their home for so long. Now, with all of its charm, versatility and beauty, the farm will hopefully soon find a new family to house.
